ROLL METAL UNWINDERS

Every production worker who uses rolled metal in production is faced with the task of unwinding the roll for subsequent cutting or profiling. It also happens that the work must be carried out in rooms that are not equipped with crane beams for lifting metal rolls. In this case, it is convenient to use light, self-lifting unwinders URS 8, TR 8, URS 5 or heavy unwinders TR-5. The uncoiler consists of 3 parts (side racks and shaft), each of which can be moved to the place of work manually. The self-centering uncoiler RS-8 is not self-lifting. It is used in the presence of lifting mechanisms (crane, loader) that allow you to install a roll of metal on the base. The uncoiler is equipped with a powerful friction brake. When installing the roll on the unwinder shaft, the roll is self-centering.
